Due to continued development of the business we are now recruiting for an experienced Motor Trade Customer Service Receptionist.
This full time role requires clear and effective communication skills, excellent telephone manner, planning ability, computer and administration skills, with a real focus on Customer Service satisfaction.
Working in our Workshop Reception you will be greeting customers, confirming telephone bookings, completing Job cards, general administration, updating the workshop diary and monitoring work to ensure excellent customer communication.
Previous experience in a similar automotive service reception environment is preferred, either truck or car.
