Based in Burton upon Trent, Trent & Dove Housing manages over 5, 800 properties. Customer Service & Insight Officer

Salary Circa £27,723

Customers are our priority as we continue to look for ways to improve our services and service delivery.  Working closely with our Customer Services and Insight Manager, the successful candidate will use survey techniques to identify patterns of demand and behaviour that will allow us to assess the requirements of our services and propose recommendations regarding the possible actions.

Ideally, you will bring your knowledge of researching and interpreting statistics, ability to design questionnaires and analytical skills with the proven ability of writing succinct reports. The ability to build strong internal and external relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in order to get ambitious action plans developed and implemented is critical.

Assessment centres will be held on Friday 6 October 2017 with interviews being Thursday 12 October 2017.
