Salary Circa £34,528
Reporting to the Housing Operations Manager, you will manage the team responsible for all applications, void properties and tenancy sign ups as well as being responsible for the lettable standard. Working closely with our development team you will ensure the right properties are in the right place as well as maintaining an excellent voids and lettings performance, minimising repairs spend and void rent loss whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be innovative, forward thinking with excellent organisational, communication and decision making skills.

Assessment centres will be held on Friday 6 October 2017 with interviews being Thursday 12 October 2017.
