About the Role As part of our continued commitment to growth and the development of our people, we are looking for three Regional L&D Specialists (Trainers) to join our HR team in newly created positions. As an L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of training, both regionally and nationally, to Bellway colleagues and sub-contractors where required. You will take a regional lead on delivering training programs that will grow internal talent and attract new people to the business, enabling career development and succession planning across a diverse group of people who have different needs and learning styles. You will also support divisions within your region with the management of training and third party suppliers. Reporting to the Group L&D Manager and working closely with the Group Resourcing Manager and your peers, you will deliver projects that can make an immediate difference, including development of induction programmes and the delivery and management of apprenticeship and graduate schemes. Who are we looking for? We are looking for experienced L&D/Training Professionals who have worked in a regional capacity with frequent travel. We are looking to build a collaborative team who can share expertise, so we need people who are strong in training design and delivery, bringing experience in Health and Safety Training, Construction related Training, Sales Training or Customer Care Training. The role will require regional and national travel, so a full clean driving licence is essential, as is strong training delivery experience and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be based from one of our Divisional offices in either Leeds – covering our Northern Region; Tamworth – covering our Central Region; or Canary Wharf in London – covering our Southern Region.
