Job description Project Manager required to join a thriving organisation in Tamworth. Currently experiencing a client list growing at a significant rate, this role is for a Software House that are looking for a Software Implementation Manager who can aid this growth. The Project Manager will be a key member of the team working on package application implementations. This role requires frequent travel which will be compensated by flexible working. Key Skills & Background - Competent project planner using MS Project - Experience in delivering projects from £50 - 500,000. - Experience in delivering consultancy or system configuration - Experience in delivering end user system training - Have experience in delivering custom development software projects - Have a full, clean driving license - Strong communicator and influencer - Have experience in gaining trust with customers and gathering their requirements. About the Role The Project Manager will be based in the West Midlands, but will be required to travel to client sites to deliver software development projects, responsible for: - You will be a key point of contact for the customers, providing consultancy and assisting the customers change management in implementing the applications. - Ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality. - Understanding the customers system requirements; ensuring project scope is well defined and that your company's software systems are configured to be enable a successful implementation. - Training users once the product has been configured - To engage with stakeholders internally and externally and maintain those relationships - Prioritising the delivery of software enhancements that form part of the project in line with other project deliverables.
