Course Administrator Location: Sutton Coldfield, B72 1SX. Salary: Excellent. DOE Employment Status: Full-Time, Permanent. About the company: International Compliance Training (ICT) is the primary and longest established training partner of the International Compliance Association and a key part of Wilmington plc's Risk & compliance division. We deliver training worldwide leading to the award of ICA's professional qualifications in governance, risk and compliance, anti money laundering and financial crime prevention. Main Purpose of Role: The main purpose of the role is to work as part of the ICT operational team ensuring training programmes are of high quality and delivered to an excellent standard, whether an individual is studying with face-to-face tuition, on-line or as part of a team in-house. The Course Administrator/Coordinator is central to the smooth and efficient running of the training programme from initial enquiry through to assessment. Following the operational processes and ensuring excellent customer service is achieved. The Course Administrator/Coordinator provides support to the Programme Manager and the Head of Operations. Responsibilities: The Course Administrator/Coordinator is responsible for excellence in supporting all aspects of the programme: Event Management: The Course Administrator/Coordinators are responsible for organising the day to day administration of the programme ensuring all aspects are considered: processing programme enrolments; ensuring workshops are not under or oversubscribed and that workshop materials which accompany the programme are up to date and arrive in a timely manner; ensuring exam venues and invigilators are in place and deal with any general enquiries and process any invoices as required. Responsible for collation of workshop feedback and producing feedback reports for circulation to Training and Education Team. They are also responsible for ensuring that students are enrolled on the appropriate LMS and it is suitably updated in accordance with the Programme Manager. Student Management: The Course Administrator/Coordinator is responsible, alongside the Head of Operations, Programme Manager and Marketing team for assisting potential students to make the right choice of programme and meet enrolment targets, maintaining a high level of customer support at all times. Processing and following up all prospective enquires within given timescales and encouraging potential students to study with ICT is an important aspect of this role. The Course Administrator/Coordinators are required to attend ICT/ICA Open Days and to follow up with any enquiries generated either before or after the event. The Course Administrator/Coordinator is responsible in conjunction with Programme Manager and Course Director for providing student support to students throughout their studies via telephone, email and LMS forums ensuring they achieve the best possible learning experience.
