IMMEDIATE START.

My client based in the Kingswinford area are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator on a temporary on going basis.

Job Description
* Providing administration support to the department.
* Answering the phone in a professional timely manner.
* Logging and managing support calls on the system.
* Managing calls with 3rd party support organisations.
* Logging call data.
* Assisting in ordering processes.
* Assisting in good receipting of equipment coming into the department.
* Assisting in managing the PPM programme.
* Assisting in production of reports and data for performance reporting purposes.

The Successful Candidate
* Will be an experienced customer service administrator or be an experienced administrator with some customer service experience.
* Available to start immediately and can commit to the temporary contract.
* Have excellent PC skills.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm.
