Our client is a young, ambitious and energetic business with 2 restaurants + plans to open more towards the end of the year.
From traditional noodles and sushi to bento boxes and fusion dishes, our client has a flair for creating authentic and delicious Japanese cuisine. Only the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques are used to craft each dish with all food cooked fresh on-site each day.
They are currently looking for a variety of restaurant and kitchen staff including a Section Chef / Chef De Partie, kitchen porters, Supervisors, Manager and waiting staff.
Specialising in Far East cuisine, they are looking for someone with real a passion for food.
They serve Noodles, Sushi, Sashimi, Ramen, Bento, Domburi, Teriyaki, Tempura, Katsu, and Curry.
They are flexible on the hours and shifts and have excellent rates of pay available.
Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate needed.
Previous experience or knowledge of Asian cuisine would be beneficial.
