Telesales - Telemarketing

Role: Generating appointments / leads for Field Sales staff
Ideal experience: Outbound B2B Telesales / Telemarketing
Location: near Bromsgrove (commutable from Worcester / Redditch)
Benefits: Basic salary £15,000 - £20,000 + Commission
Hours - 08:30am - 17:00pm (part time considered)

Our client is seeking a bright, enthusiastic and outgoing Telemarketes to join their team.

This role would suit somebody who enjoys making outbound business to business calls, booking appointments and is looking to earn an attractive commission structure.
Full training will be provided and you will be rewarded with a commission scheme where the more you achieve, the more you earn.

Main Duties

*Working from a CRM system making up to 100 outbound business to business calls per day
*Arranging appointments for the Sales Consultants to meet with prospects regarding Telephony needs
*Building a pipeline of opportunities using the CRM system, prioritising and scheduling calls to generate and nurture leads
*Fact finding and objection handling
*Achieving call targets

Desired Attributes

*Previous telemarketing experience preferred but not essential
*Friendly, outgoing and able to build rapport and relationships with colleagues, clients and customers alike
*A high level of self-motivation, determination, drive and ambition
*Computer competent
*Able to work as part of a team and have fun doing it
*Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
*The ability to convert a cold call into an appointment
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
