We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, customer focused Project Surveyor to join our improvements and major repairs team. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful implementation of a major part of Trent & Dove Housing’s improvement programme. You will be required to liaise with various stakeholders and assist in the preparation, implementation, inspection and monitoring of planned and cyclical schemes.
Educated to a minimum of National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent in building construction, you will also ideally have experience in a construction related field. A good understanding of health and safety, excellent attention to detail, along with strong organisational and problem solving skills are essential to this role. Two years of relevant proven ability specifically of managing projects on site is essential.
