Our client, an established growing business based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, is currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator on a permanent basis.

As part of a busy team you will be responsible for the following:

* Creating new accounts on SAP
* Processing sales orders
* Ensure all orders are invoiced and entered on to SAP accurately
* Checking supplier purchase orders prior to processing
* Investigate and resolve any invoices queries raised
* Other administration duties to support the finance department as required
* You will also be required to cover reception on a daily basis (45 mins per day).


The essential qualities required:

* Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience working within a finance team, and in particular sales ledger
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good IT skills are essential including Microsoft Excel, Word and Email.
* Experience of using SAP would be an advantage
* Flexible approach to work

Hours 9:00 - 17:00 Mon - Thurs & 09:00 - 16:30 Fri (37 hrs per week)
